Standards Scores by Student

The Standards Scores by Student report is based only on the standards designated for mastery on which a student has been assessed and provides the standards scores for each student within your filter selections. This report is useful for comparing students' performance across standards.

Run Your Report

Select the Reports tab, and then choose the Standards Scores by Student report.
Do one of the following:
Click Filters to focus your data results.
- Starting at the top, select the Dates filter options.
- Click the Subjects open text filter field When you click in an open text filter field, it displays up to 100 selectable values based on your previous filter choices. You can also enter keywords or part of a name to immediately enable a search of a specific selection. and select one or more subjects.
- Click the Schools open text filter field and select one or more schools.
- Click the Classes open text filter field and select one or more classes.
- Click the Standards Sets open text filter field and select one or more standards sets.
- Click the Assessments open text filter field and select one or more assessments.
- Click the Standards open text filter field and select one or more standards.

Click the (Filter) icon to use a previously saved set of filters for this report.
1. Select Load Filter.
2. Select the filter from the list, and then click Load.
Click Run to generate the report. Click Stop to cancel your request.
In the report results, click the score percentage under Average Score and select Explore Score Distribution to see the score range distribution across the selected standards. The scores are graphically displayed using the score range colors.
Optionally, to save new filter selections for future use:
1. Click the (Filter) icon, and select Save Filter.
2. Type a unique Filter Name, click Save, and then click Close.
  
  Filter names are case-sensitive.

Report Data Elements

Click any report column header to sort the report content by the data in that column.

Elements	Data Descriptions
Student	Name of the student. Click the student's name and select Show Student ID to see the student's user name and district SIS student information system student number and identification, if applicable.
Class	Name of the class associated with the student's score.
Teacher	Name of the class teacher. Click the teacher's name and select Show Username to see the teacher's user name.
Average Score	Student's average percentage score on the standards tested in the class within the selected filter options. Click the score and select Explore Score Distribution to see the score range distribution across the selected students.
